Requirements and skills

  • Proven experience as Recruiter or another recruiting-related role.
  • Familiarity with recruiter practices and stages (screening, interview, assessment, onboarding).
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and operating a personal computer.
  • Highly skilled communicator.
  • Highly organized with the ability to effectively prioritize assigned tasks.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Prepare and post job ads online
  • Help with resume screening and initial phone screens.
  • Schedule calls and interviews, maintaining our candidate database, and handling administrative paperwork.
  • Schedule interviews and keep calendars for all hiring teams and candidates
  • Process background checks.
  • Provide support in our recruitment and onboarding process.
  • Schedule interviews and keep calendars for all hiring teams and candidates.
  • Coordinate hiring activities.
  • Assist with new hire onboarding (e.g. preparing documents, coordinating orientation agendas).
