We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Restaurant General Manager to lead a fast-casual restaurant in Albuquerque, NM . This role requires a seasoned leader with a proven track record in a corporate restaurant environment , strong operational expertise, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Position Details:

• Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 + Bonus Potential
• Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K
• Paid Time Off: 2 Weeks

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of restaurant operations to ensure compliance with corporate standards
• Drive guest satisfaction and act on Voice of the Customer (VOC) feedback
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team in a fast-casual setting
• Maintain proper staffing levels to meet service demands
• Oversee food quality, inventory management, cost control, and financial accountability
• Implement corporate marketing initiatives and drive sales growth
• Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment aligned with brand standards
• Uphold company policies, food safety, and security procedures

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in a corporate fast-casual or quick-service restaurant
• Proven ability to manage a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control
• High School Diploma or Equivalent (required)
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Ability to work nights and weekends
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
