What You’ll Do:

As a Retail Sales Representative, you’ll be at the heart of our customer interactions, ensuring every visit is a positive one. Your responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with Customers: Proactively greet and assist every customer, providing personalized recommendations and solutions to meet their needs.
• Showcasing Products & Promotions: Stay informed about our latest products, promotions, and advertisements to share with customers.
• Delivering Exceptional Service: Educate customers about our products and services while coordinating seamless service across the store.
• Merchandising Excellence: Maintain a visually appealing store by implementing plan-o-gram updates, pricing changes, and signage updates.
• Accurate Transactions: Process purchases and refunds with precision using our Point of Sale system, while following cash-handling procedures.
• Special Orders & Deliveries: Assist customers with special orders, will-call pickups, and delivery coordination.
• Store Maintenance: Help keep our store clean, organized, and inviting for every customer.
• Supporting Policies & Loss Prevention: Ensure compliance with company policies and contribute to loss prevention efforts.

• A high school diploma or equivalent experience.
