Role Description:

As a Solar Sales Representative with Sunrun, you’ll connect directly with homeowners to educate them on the benefits of going solar and guide them through the process. This is a field-based, commission-only role with flexible hours. While some outreach can be done virtually, the core of this position involves going door to door —meeting customers where they are.

Please note: This is a door-to-door field position , not a remote or office-based role. "On-site" in this case means in neighborhoods , not at a single job location. What You'll Do:

• Generate and manage leads (in-person or virtual)
• Educate customers on solar energy and Sunrun's services
• Guide homeowners through the consultation process
• Close sales and celebrate installations
• Attend weekly virtual trainings and team calls (Wednesdays)

Qualifications:

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Competitive mindset with a team-player attitude
• No prior solar experience needed – full training provided
• Sales experience is a plus but not required
