Job Description

CSI Sales Internship-

We are currently looking for highly motivated and driven individuals to join our Summer Internship Program. The Sales Intern will work closely with our Sales departments to learn, grow, and develop through hands-on experience to broaden sales, communication, and business acumen skills. This is a full-time, paid summer internship, typically ranging from 10-12 weeks. Throughout your internship, we provide continuous training and performance feedback to ensure you build the necessary skills to succeed. Additional career opportunities are usually available upon the conclusion of a successful internship, including placement within our Sales Development Program. This is an excellent opportunity for a student who is pursuing an undergraduate degree in Sales, Business Administration/Management, or a related field to gain hands-on experience in a professional setting.

Responsibilities

  • Support the daily operations of the sales department.
  • Assist the Sales leadership team in identifying and qualifying potential leads and prospects within the target market.
  • Enhance professional skills through hands-on learning, training, and exposure to leadership.
  • Engage in cold and warm outreach strategies used in business development.
  • Develop an understanding of building client relationships and engagement capabilities.
  • Gain insight into various organizational departments through cross-functional meetings and information sessions.
  • Build an understanding of the industry.
  • Observe and learn from experienced professionals through shadowing and training.
  • Participate in a variety of personal and professional development workshops.
  • Attend team meetings, take notes, and assist in following up on action items.
  • Prepare and deliver a presentation summarizing the internship experience.
  • Provide support for special projects and initiatives as requested.
  • Note: This is an in-office position.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a college or university, pursuing a degree in Sales, Business Administration/Management, or related field.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail, reliability, and great energy.
  • Displays excellent time management and organization skills.
  • A team player mentality with a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic.
  • Strong self-motivation and a strong desire to pursue a career in sales.
  • GPA 3.0 minimum
  • The Internship is 20-30 hours per week
  • This is a full-time, paid internship for the duration of 12 weeks.

The Summer 2025 Internship Program will start on Monday, May 19th, and will conclude on Friday, August 9th, 2025.
