Job Description

FlexStaff if hiring a Sales Service Expert Manager – Field Sales (Express wash and Detail) and Fleet for our client, a rapidly expanding car wash chain in the Chicagoland area to drive B2B revenue growth.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • You are highly self-motivated and don’t wait for opportunities-you create them!
  • Ability to train and develop sales teams and support operations teams to create team continuity and ownership across the organization.
  • Ability to teach and train sales tactics that grow sales and achieve maximum results.
  • Adept at building relationships and creating win-win opportunities. It is paramount that you know the Chicago area extremely well and understand what drives the community.
  • Establish standard sales scripts and best practices for pay station sales advisors and frontline staff to improve customer conversion.
  • Train, coach, and support field sales teams to enhance in-store sales performance.
  • Monitor sales productivity at all locations and implement strategies to improve performance.
  • Develop performance metrics and reporting tools to track individual and team sales effectiveness.
  • Identify, target, and acquire fleet customers for B2B & Fleet Sales growth
  • Develop and manage channel partnerships that drive new customer acquisition.
  • Track and report on pipeline development, conversion rates, and overall sales performance.
  • Pitch and secure fleet membership agreements (approximately 10–1,000 vehicles) offering discounted wash plans.
  • Build strong relationships with business owners, operations managers, and decision-makers to drive long-term retention.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2+ years in sales management. Car wash experience is highly desired, but not mandatory.
  • Sound knowledge of driving top line revenue, revenue per customer and increasing conversion performance.
  • Ability to develop sales strategies, train teams, and drive execution.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness to travel within the market to engage with customers and sales teams
  • Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem solving.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and converse with all levels and functions of leadership, teammates, and candidates.
  • Advance HRIS, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) skills.
  • Ability to drive/travel to various sites.

Compensation:

  • Base salary of $70,000 – $90,000 per year, Commission up to 20% of base salary

Work Environment

  • Outdoor and Indoor Settings: Primarily work outdoors
  • Weather Conditions: Exposure to heat, cold, rain, and wind
  • Customer Interaction: Regular engagement with customers
  • Weekend work may be required
  • You will spend 70-80% of your time working at our local car wash sites. This includes time spent driving to, from and between sites.
