Title: Sanitation Manager

Compensation: $100k - $130k Base + Bonus

Location: Fullerton, CA

Type: Full-Time / Onsite (3rd Shift)

We’re seeking a hands-on Sanitation Manager to join a fast-growing food & beverage manufacturer specializing in soups, sauces, dressings, and other custom products for leading national brands.

Based at their Fullerton facility, this individual will lead sanitation operations across the plant—managing the third shift team, driving cross-functional collaboration, and implementing hygiene programs that exceed food safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor third-shift sanitation team
• Develop and execute sanitation schedules, procedures, and verification activities
• Ensure compliance with FDA, USDA, and internal safety/quality standards
• Lead cross-department sanitation initiatives with Production and QA
• Maintain accurate documentation for inspections, audits, and regulatory compliance
• Oversee Clean-In-Place (CIP) and Clean-Out-of-Place (COP) processes

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of sanitation leadership experience in a food manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of CIP systems, sanitation chemicals, and food safety protocols
• Experience leading sanitation crews during overnight/third shifts
• Ability to train and develop team members
• Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred
