Job Description

Reporting to the Director of F&PA, the senior financial analyst will be responsible for leading operations and SGA reporting, insights, and action planning. They will build and automate monthly management reports, lead financial planning business conversations to improve stakeholder financial acumen and influence spending plans.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partner with Director of FP&A to develop aligned demand and capacity plans.
• They will execute revenue reporting, accurately forecast revenue, and provide actionable analytics.
• Improve existing finance processes to ensure data integrity
• Develop and maintain financial models
• Synthesize large amounts of information and distill it down, such as orders received, orders placed.
• Stand up a new planning tool for new reporting and language.
• Ensure business units achieve revenue financial commitments.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, required
• (3+ years) years of relevant work experience in FP&A
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Experience with major ERP accounting systems
• Possess keen attention to detail and aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills
• Ability to quickly complete assignments, multi-task and continuously improve
• Strong analytical skills help in interpreting complex data, identifying trends, and making informed decisions
• The capability to approach challenges creatively and develop practical solutions – a “figure it out” mentality
