We are partnering with a well-established and growing company in Austin to find a talented FP&A Analyst . This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys using data to drive strategic decisions. The right candidate will have strong analytical and financial modeling skills, experience working cross-functionally, and a passion for using data to create meaningful business insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain complex financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning
• Analyze financial and operational performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership
• Develop and deliver reports, dashboards, and presentations that inform decision-making
• Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., operations, marketing, product) to track KPIs and business drivers
• Support monthly/quarterly close processes and variance analysis
• Contribute to strategic projects, including scenario modeling and profitability analysis

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or similar analytical roles
• Advanced Excel and strong proficiency in financial modeling
• Strong data skills – experience with tools like SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment
