You have a background in accounting or finance with management experience under your belt. You’re looking to join a growing business where you will be integral in driving financial success, supporting growth, and partnering with the business to support Retail stores in the Americas region of Dr. Martens. You will lead and develop a team of analysts in support of delivering against our strategic goals. You get the Dr. Martens brand and are excited to support our growth plans across America. This is a leadership position that requires a strategic mindset, strong financial acumen, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
