Job Description

A dynamic marketing team is seeking an experienced Senior Media Manager for a short-term assignment covering maternity leave. In this role, you will work closely with internal marketing teams and external media agencies to plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across digital and traditional channels. The focus will be on driving qualified leads, strengthening brand presence, and delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead agency partners in developing and executing paid media campaigns, including search, social, display, OLV, linear video, and audio .
• Own strategy and day-to-day execution of multi-channel digital and traditional media initiatives to increase reach, leads, and revenue.
• Develop quarterly media strategies aligned with performance goals and budget efficiencies.
• Define KPIs in collaboration with media and analytics teams; analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and reporting for assigned media channels.
• Partner with marketing operations to ensure seamless media implementation through AdTech platforms (e.g., CDP, LiveRamp, API integrations).
• Oversee the work of a Paid Media Analyst, ensuring accurate reporting and effective optimizations.
• Negotiate media buys as needed and manage agency relationships.
• Present campaign results and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Support ongoing media initiatives and special projects as assigned.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Experience:

• 7+ years of media advertising experience across digital and traditional channels .
• Experience with international markets and the travel or hospitality industry is a plus.

Skills & Competencies:

• Demonstrated success executing ROI-driven campaigns across multiple channels
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from complex datasets
• Proficiency with tools including:
• Google Marketing Platform (DV360, GA360)
• Adobe Analytics
• Tableau
• Excellent collaboration, leadership, and project management skills
• Strong communication and presentation abilities, including stakeholder engagement
• Highly organized, with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint

Work Schedule:

• Hybrid: Onsite Monday–Thursday , remote Fridays
• Full-time, 40 hours/week

End Date: November 16, 2025
