Job Description

As a ‘Senior Product Analyst’ you will play a pivotal role to liaison between Helix Customers and Platform Engineering team. Essential job duties shall include evaluating the product features against customer current and future needs as well as competition to be able to identify table stake, differentiated and innovative features that need to be built into the product.

Mandatory : 8+ years of healthcare experience or 5+ years of product management experience. Expertise in one or more payer functions – Product, Member, Provider, Contracting, Claims, Quality, Risk Adjustment, HEDIS

Hands on experience working with

  • Payer/ Provider/ PBM organizations
  • Any one payer functions – Product, Member, Provider, Contracting, Claims, Quality, Risk Adjustment, HEDIS
  • Experience in legacy and web-based systems interfaces, Application Programmable Interfaces (APIs)
  • Working knowledge of EPIC, FEATURE and User Story writing.
  • Customer users to understand their pain points and turn these into journey maps, actionable user stories.
  • Multiple customers conducting analysis and incorporate findings, feedback and insights from customer and business research.
  • Sound knowledge and experience on Agile.
  • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.

Competencies

  • 8+ Experience working in Payer, Provider or PBM Organizations
  • 3+ years in a Product Management environment and working with multiple stakeholders (internal, customer organization, vendors)
  • Ability to understand applications, systems, processes to enable execution of product and implementation requirements.
  • Conduct workshops, understand user personas, identify, decompose, groom, and prioritize user stories while eliciting requirements from business partners and clearly identify acceptance criteria, assumptions, risks and dependencies.
  • Customer obsession, seeking ways to listen, engage and act for their benefit.
  • Critical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving skills to address core business problems.
  • Support user testing and ensure product meets implementation needs.
  • Track progress and perform demo to relevant internal stakeholders and external product users.
  • Strong reporting abilities by keeping track of multiple topics/ open questions.
  • Strong acumen in MS office related tools – PowerPoint, Excel.
  • Experience working with JIRA, Confluence, Visio.
  • Aspiring to work in a fast paced and agile environment.
  • Has a proactive can-do attitude.
