Happy Camp3r is looking for a creative, strategic, and data-driven Social Media & Content Manager to take our digital presence to the next level! As we expand, we’re looking for someone who can work closely with our team to enhance our digital storytelling, bring fresh ideas, and strengthen our community engagement.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute a social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
• Create, and post engaging, on-brand content (photo, video, stories, reels, and more)
• Plan and coordinate photoshoots—including concept development, styling, and working with photographers and models
• Manage community engagement—respond to comments, DMs, and engage with followers
• Collaborate with our internal and external teams on campaigns, product launches, and influencer partnerships
• Track analytics and optimize content based on performance insights
• Stay ahead of social media trends and propose new creative ideas

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 2+ years of social media experience (preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce)
• Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and content strategy
• Creative eye for visuals - experience with Canva, Photoshop, or video editing is a plus
• Ability to work independently and execute ideas quickly
• Passion for mental health awareness and community-driven brands
