  • Curate and manage a content calendar in alignment with measurable KPIs for engagement, reach, and conversions.
  • Develop engaging internal content to promote company culture, employee stories, and team events.
  • Monitor and analyze social media trends, providing insights and recommendations to improve performance and engagement.
  • Attend and live post from industry events, trade shows, and product launches/promotional events.
  • Manage and collaborate with AGS’ social media agency, ensuring content aligns with business objectives and brand voice.
  • Review and approve content calendars created by the agency, ensuring accuracy, engagement, and consistency.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all social platforms, maintaining a professional yet engaging tone.

Skills/Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience working in a professional or corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, and TikTok.
  • Strong copywriting skills and ability to tailor messaging for different social media platforms.
  • Knowledge of paid social media and emerging social media trends and platforms.
  • Experience working with B2B and B2C audiences, as well as internal corporate culture branding.
  • Basic video and photo editing skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or equivalent).
  • Strong understanding of social media KPIs and analytics tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.

  • Ability to appear on camera for promotional or live content.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with influencers, particularly on YouTube, is a plus.
  • Previous experience in paid social media advertising is preferred.
