Job Description

The Software Sales Executive would work hand in hand with the Atleos Account Managers. These Account Managers maintain relationships with large banking clients (i.e., JP Morgan Chase) and are focused primarily on hardware and physical ATMs. This position assists in identifying which existing Atleos customers to target for selling digital banking payment solutions. They collaborate to understand prospect characteristics, foster proposal conditions, create demand, develop value propositions, identify obstacles, and brainstorm solutions. Their primary focus is on selling this additional service to current NCR customers, but they can also cold call non-NCR customers where there is no pre-existing relationship. Over time, Account Managers will delegate more client outreach to the Sales Executive, but they must first learn the business.

Responsibilities:

• Upselling to existing NCR customers and targeting new prospects.
• Managing the entire sales process, including cold calling, client meetings, and contract negotiations.
• Conduct research into new account acquisition strategies, build a business plan to understand targets, create communication plans, and generate prospect interest.
• Perform outbound sales activities such as introductory calls, prospect visits, tradeshows, and lead validation discussions.
• Create and execute marketing campaigns designed to further penetrate existing accounts.
• Build relationships internally and externally to support key business growth strategies.
• Effectively communicate with prospects to positively influence deal progression.
• Track all sales activities using Salesforce.com.
• Report on all activity weekly to management.
• Create new opportunities through inside sales efforts.

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of experience selling payment software in the banking industry
• Must Be Familiar with:
• Card-related transactions / retail banking (branch, mobile, ATM solutions, teller environments)
• Transaction authorizations, transaction switches
• POS connects, management systems, terminal handlers
• Cloud + Cloud Native
• Selling SAAS
