What You’ll Gain:

  • Hands-on Experience: Work on real projects that directly impact our business.
  • Mentorship: Learn from our seasoned HQ staff who will guide you throughout your internship.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Skill Development: Grow your skills in digital marketing, project management, and communicating our strong brand through our marketing strategies.
  • Networking: Moondance has a deep network of former trip leaders and HQ staff who are currently leaders in their industries–marketing, law, business, entertainment, real estate, etc... We can connect you with them.
  • Career Growth: Opportunity to explore a dynamic and exciting industry while refining your professional trajectory.
