Product / Platform Manager – Consumer-Facing Technologies

Position Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Product / Platform Manager with a proven track record in leading digital product and platform initiatives across consumer-facing technologies in eCommerce, Restaurant, retail, and hospitality environments. This individual will own and evolve platform roadmaps, deliver measurable KPIs, and drive end-to-end execution of scalable, secure, and API-first solutions in collaboration with internal and external engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategic planning and execution of platform roadmaps aligned with business goals and stakeholder priorities.
• Define, establish, and improve KPIs to measure platform performance and product values
• Ensure meaningful product-level reporting, not just delivery metrics, to inform executive stakeholders and drive accountability.
• Drive API-first product strategy, overseeing the development of scalable microservices using AWS serverless technologies (Lambda, API Gateway, EventBridge, CloudFront).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, data, and cloud infrastructure to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
• Guide the integration strategy using iPaaS platforms such as Boomi and MuleSoft to streamline partner onboarding and system interoperability.
• Leverage deep understanding of architecture best practices: microservices, streaming/eventing, cloud security, high availability, and DevOps.
• Communicate and advocate for both modern and legacy platform strategies to senior stakeholders including Directors, VPs, PMOs, and executive leadership.
• Provide technical guidance and influence across internal development teams and third-party vendors to align execution with roadmap priorities.

Qualifications:

• 7–10+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Platform Manager in consumer-facing digital environments
• Proven success in eCommerce, Restaurant, retail, or hospitality technology programs.
• Hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure and serverless architecture.
• Experience driving API-first product delivery and modern integration strategies.
• Strong knowledge of Cloudflare WAF, security best practices, and enterprise scalability.
• Proficient in Agile methodologies, stakeholder engagement, and executive communications.
• Familiarity with Boomi, MuleSoft, or similar iPaaS platforms.
