Job Description

This boutique financial firm is seeking an nimble, resourceful temporary Executive Assistant to support the Founder while providing occasional support to the broader team. As the temporary Executive Assistant, you will manage complex scheduling, deliver top-tier administrative assistance, and take on light, high-impact projects. A bright, motivated professional with strong business judgment, seamless scheduling expertise, and a knack for operational execution will empower the Founder to focus on key business priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and streamline the Founder’s calendar, expertly coordinating meetings, appointments, and events with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Act as a strategic gatekeeper for the Founder’s time, field client inquiries with discretion, and escalate matters to the appropriate parties as needed.
  • Support day-to-day operations, including drafting correspondence, maintaining workflow, and serving as a liaison between the Founder and clients.
  • Handle all logistics for domestic and international travel, from transportation and lodging to detailed itineraries and post-trip expense reporting.
  • Deliver a polished, professional experience for clients and guests, ensuring all interactions reflect the firm’s high standards.
  • Pitch in across departments, assisting team members with one-off projects and evolving priorities as they arise.
