Job Description :
As the Vice President of Business Development (DoD Account) you will play a pivotal role in driving our company’s expansion and revenue growth in the DoD.
Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and executing strategic business opportunities that align with the company’s overarching growth objectives. Specifically, you will engage with customers to understand mission needs and translate these needs into viable pipeline for the company to pursue. You will qualify opportunities, perform early capture activity to position our company, support proposals when needed, and establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will lead pre-capture/capture activity to enable the Cydecor proposal development team to deliver compliant and compelling proposals by translating your BD expertise and knowledge of the customer into capture strategies that can be executed prior to proposal drop to maximize positioning and Pwin.
