THIS POSITION REQUIRES EXPERIENCE ESTABLISHING NEW WAREHOUSES

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for managing our Fabrication Warehouse as well as all deliveries, warehouse inventory and tooling.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Manage P&L.
2. Forecast and manage staffing needs against forecast.
3. Develop and manage internal orders, safety, quality, and tooling needs of the warehouse.
4. Forecast Capex for all tooling needs.
5. Coordinate deliverables with Operation teams.
6. Develop VDC (CAD/BIM) program that supports installation needs.
7. Manage schedules of installation via Gantt chart.
8. Create and maintain tooling and inventory management.
9. Develop effective national logistical delivery plan.
10. Other responsibilities as assigned.

• Must possess proven problem-solving skills, critical thinking skills and the ability to effectively read and write.
• Must have excellent organizational skills and the ability to develop job processes and best practices.
• Must be able to work at heights, off of a ladder and in confined spaces, lift up to 50 pounds and move up to 75 pounds.
• Regular attendance is mandatory.

Education, Certification, License, and Skill Requirements:

• Must have experience establishing new warehouses
• Must possess a high school diploma or GED.
• Must possess a minimum of three (3) years supervisory or managerial experience.
• Must have general accounting knowledge.
• Must have general computer skills and be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Must meet Company minimum driving standards.
• Experience in warehousing and inventory management.
