Assistant Property Manager to $86K - Generous Benefits Package Offered!

Our client, a real estate investment firm, is seeking an Assistant Property manager to join their commercial property team at a newly acquired property! In this role, the Assistant Property Manager will be responsible for all the day-to day administrative responsibilities of the property. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of real estate/property management experience.

Position Details:

• Location: Boston, MA
• Work Model: In office
• Degree: Preferred
• Responsibilities include assisting with staff and vendor coordination, communicating with tenants, reviewing invoices for payment, inspecting property conditions, managing vendor relationships, coordinating tenant move-ins, and accomplishing additional tasks as needed.
• The ideal candidate is motivated, interested in learning and possesses a high attention to detail. The individual for this position should be comfortable working and contributing to a team environment, enjoy being in a busy environment, and can interact with people at various levels within and outside the organization.
