Job Description: A client of Insight Global is seeking a bank teller to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers by handling routine financial transactions, resolving inquiries, and promoting the bank’s products and services.

Duties:

• Process customer transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
• Assist customers with account inquiries and provide information about banking products and services.
• Handle cash register operations, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly.
• Perform basic math calculations to verify transaction accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Support loan processing by gathering necessary documentation and assisting customers through the application process.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to bank policies and procedures.
• Build strong relationships with customers through effective relationship management and customer service.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and enhance customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a customer service or cash-handling role preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Nice to Have Skills and Experience:

• Additional education or certifications in banking or finance is a plus.
• Knowledge of loan processing procedures is a plus.

Compensation: $17/hr - $19/hr
