Digital Media Buyer – Hybrid (NYC)

📍 New York, NY (Hybrid: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote)

💼 Full-Time | Advertising & Marketing

💰 Salary: $70,000–$90,000 + Bonus & 401K Profit Sharing

Are you a performance-driven digital marketer ready to take the next step in your career? A growing NYC-based advertising agency is seeking a Digital Media Buyer to help lead integrated paid media campaigns for a dynamic portfolio of clients, primarily within Higher Education . This is a hybrid position offering the opportunity to work with a collaborative, close-knit team in a fast-growing environment.

🔍 What You'll Do

  • Strategically plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, Programmatic, CTV, Display, and Paid Social platforms.
  • Manage day-to-day campaign execution, including budget oversight, audience targeting, and performance optimization.
  • Analyze campaign data using tools like Google Analytics and Data Studio to deliver insightful reports and drive ROI.
  • Participate in internal and client-facing meetings to present media strategies, reporting, and performance insights.
  • Support multiple clients simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment, ensuring efficiency, organization, and high-quality deliverables.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with digital media buying across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Snap Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Reddit.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and other campaign measurement and visualization tools.
  • Proven ability to manage campaigns from ideation through execution and post-campaign reporting.
  • Strong multitasking skills, comfortable managing multiple projects and tight deadlines independently.
  • Excellent data analysis, reporting, and presentation skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).

Bonus Points For

  • Google, Meta (Facebook Blueprint), or other platform certifications.
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager.
  • Background in Higher Ed marketing or agency experience, strongly preferred.
  • Understanding of traditional media (a plus, not required).
