We are seeking an attorney with experience and a passion for assisting rural landowners around the state of Texas. Applicants should be team oriented with excellent written and oral communication skills. The successful candidate will have experience with drafting estate plans and administration, probate, power of attorney, wills and trusts as well as business entity creation.
As the need to service Landowners grows, as does our firm. We are seeking Estate Planning attorneys with a minimum of 8 years’ experience. Ability to advise clients regarding retirement plans, charitable giving, taxable estates and insurance options. Drafting and negotiation skills are necessary as well as the ability to prioritize and respond to clients in a timely manner.
