Job Description
A prominent food and beverage establishment is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their team in Pasadena, CA. This position will provide support to multiple Senior Vice Presidents. The primary responsibilities include:
Invoicing: Processing invoices, including coding them within the system.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite: Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Office applications.
Executive Support: Proven experience in supporting high-level executives, often managing multiple executives simultaneously.
Expense Reporting: Handling and reporting expenses accurately.
Calendar Management: Organizing and maintaining executive calendars efficiently.
Travel Coordination: Arranging and managing travel plans.
Attention to Detail: Exhibiting a high level of detail orientation and proactive approach in all tasks.
Compensation :
$32/hr to $34/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
