Job Description

Our client, an UHNW individual, is seeking a top-notch Executive Personal Assistant to provide high-touch support. The ideal candidate is a highly organized and polished individual who is able to multitask and manage a constantly changing schedule with ease.

Salary Range:

$175-225k base range + bonus + generous benefits

Responsibilities:

Calendar management with organizing and scheduling appointments and meetings

Act as gatekeeper for executives prioritizing assignments and drafting communications and correspondence as needed

Help ensure executive is properly prepared for meetings and appointments

Assist with the scheduling of multiple stakeholder meetings

Plan and execute all aspects of travel arrangements both domestic and foreign

Coordinate with various philanthropy galas and initiatives

Manage projects and ad hoc duties as needed

Coordinate with other members of the team including the Chief of Staff and Estate Manager

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required

10+ years of experience in administrative support in a financial services environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

Regular, reliable attendance and punctuality

Analytic and Strategic thinker

Excellent oral and written communication skills
