Balancing sales and logistics operations skills, a Logistics Relationship Manager is focused on efficiently managing customer relationships. A Logistics Relationship Manager is supported by the freight operations team and sales team. Hometown Logistics team members typically begin their careers as Logistics Relationship Managers earning a base salary and industry-leading monthly commissions. Team members are encouraged to lead and advance into leadership positions as they excel in the Logistics Relationship Manager role.
Job Requirements/Daily Responsibilities:
· Expand client base through sales practices including phone calls, emails, etc.
· Focus on selling with an emphasis on growing your sales skills daily
· Develop ongoing relationships with customers/carriers via telephone and email
· Bring a great attitude and high work ethic each day
· Build and utilize logistics operations skills
· Multi-tasking ability
· Great attention to detail
· Great communication skills
· Microsoft Office skills preferred
· Confident decision-making skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay Type: $45,000 Annually + Monthly Commissions
Annual Salary + Commission, most team members are making $65,000 + by the end of their first year and $100,000+ by the end of their second year.
