Logistics Relationship Manager:

A Logistics Relationship Manager at HometownLX utilizes hands-on sales, problem-solving, and negotiating skills to build a portfolio of clients requiring assistance from our exemplary freight brokerage services. Our in-depth operational training program amplifies your skillset so you may excel in the lucrative logistics industry and beyond. Balancing sales and logistics operations skills, a Logistics Relationship Manager is focused on efficiently managing customer relationships. A Logistics Relationship Manager is supported by the freight operations team and sales team. Job Requirements/Daily Responsibilities:

· Expand client base through sales practices including phone calls, emails, etc.

· Focus on selling with an emphasis on growing your sales skills daily

· Develop ongoing relationships with customers/carriers via telephone and email

· Bring a great attitude and high work ethic each day

· Build and utilize logistics operations skills

· Multi-tasking ability

· Great attention to detail

· Great communication skills

· Microsoft Office skills preferred

· Confident decision-making skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay Type: $45,000 Annually + Monthly Commissions

Annual Salary + Commission, most team members are making $65,000 + by the end of their first year and $100,000+ by the end of their second year.
