Position Overview: This local general contractor is seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Project Executive to lead and manage their water and wastewater projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of water and wastewater construction projects
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies
Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to optimize efficiency and productivity
Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to project teams
Experience Needed:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on water and wastewater projects
Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations related to water and wastewater projects
Experience in budgeting, scheduling, and resource management
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills
Qualifications Needed:
Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
Professional certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in project management software and tools
