I’m working with one of the largest and fastest-growing building envelope contractors in the Southeast, and we’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join the Interiors & Façade Division!
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team delivering cutting-edge façade solutions on some of the most exciting residential and commercial projects in the region.
🔧 What you’ll do:
✔️ Oversee full project lifecycle — from procurement and budgeting to scheduling and site management
✔️ Manage budgets, schedules, and all project documentation
✔️ Coordinate site logistics and problem-solve field issues
✔️ Review shop drawings, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
✔️ Ensure compliance with codes, safety standards, and client expectations
✔️ Collaborate with general contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
💼 What we’re looking for:
✅ 5+ years of experience in construction (interiors, drywall, façade preferred)
✅ BS/MS in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture (preferred, not required)
✅ Solid understanding of construction methods, equipment, and rigging
✅ Proficiency with Smartsheet, MS Office, Bluebeam/Adobe
✅ Flexibility to work between office, production, and job site environments
