We are looking for a seasoned professional with a demonstrated history of achieving impactful results, effectively influencing stakeholders, and translating ambitious strategic goals into actionable plans. A combination of strategic insight, leadership acumen, and operational execution will be critical to success in this role.

Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, this role offers a pivotal opportunity to lead the evolution of the product management discipline at Alliant as we scale our innovative product offerings and drive our next phase of growth.

Principle Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and effectively communicate multi-product roadmaps, ensuring alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, including discovery, creation, enhancements, and end of life planning.
  • Lead ideation, development, and MVP launches, paving the way for successful product rollouts and expansion.
  • Conduct market research and strategies to drive innovation and maintain market leadership.
  • Partner with the CPO to manage product budgets and create financial models that demonstrate ROI and support margin growth objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with Sales, IT, Marketing, Operations, and Legal to ensure seamless execution and alignment of product initiatives.
  • Prioritize and balance short-term wins with long-term vision, ensuring the product roadmap delivers maximum value for the business and our clients.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 5+ years of product management experience in digital solutions and/or direct mail, with a focus on marketing solutions.
  • Proven success in launching new products and managing products through the entire lifecycle.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of mentoring teams and fostering collaboration across diverse functions.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and other product managers.
  • Experience influencing senior leadership with data-driven insights to articulate insights, strategies, and key performance indicators (KPIs) and inform strategic decisions.
  • Data-driven strategic thinker with the ability to tactically execute.
  • Skilled in assessing product desirability, feasibility, and viability to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies.
  • Experience driving roadmap strategy, prioritization, and definition.
  • Comfortable with iterative testing to validate concepts and assumptions through both qualitative and quantitative approaches.
  • Adept at developing KPIs and using them to guide product development and measure success.
  • Collaborative, low-ego team player, committed to having a good time while doing a great job.
