About Us:

Armada Design & Build is a leading residential design-build firm based in Bellevue, WA. We’re expanding our team and looking for a Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our hiring efforts by identifying top candidates across LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Search, filter, and shortlist qualified candidates for various roles.
• Use LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms to source talent.
• Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate fit.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and follow-ups.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates.
• Provide weekly reports on recruitment progress.

Requirements:

• Strong English communication skills (written & spoken).
• Experience with recruitment, sourcing, or HR.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or similar tools.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Russian language proficiency

Must Have Qualifications:

• Experience recruiting for U.S.-based companies.
• Knowledge of the residential construction or design-build industry.
